WARMUP
Slowly warm-up before every training session. Explosive movements are typical in KARATE, so be methodical about your warm-up. Include all major joints and muscles, head-to-toes or toes-to-head. Be mindful: randomly doing exercises that you just happen to remember is bad practice and you should avoid it. Ensure your body produces enough energy, and increase your body temperature to make your muscles and joints comfortable during training.
